1- Services Provided

Our offerings include advanced software platforms, workflow automation, data analytics, and RCM optimization designed to streamline operations and enhance financial performance.

2- User Agreement

To opt for our services, you must be over 18 years of age or have consent provided by a parent/guardian under supervision. All the information provided to Innosphere LLC should be accurate for us to provide appropriate solutions and consultation.

3- Payment Terms

Innosphere LLC follows project-based invoicing for all services provided. Payments are accepted through ACH, credit card, or online payment gateways. Please review the agreement before signing; our refund and billing policies depend on the specific service(s) opted for by the client.

4- Intellectual Property Rights

Innosphere LLC may process or store Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA Compliance Guidelines. All confidential data is securely maintained and not shared with any third-party vendor or company without authorization. Clients may request deletion of their PHI from Innosphere LLC at any time, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.

5- Personal Information and Privacy

Innosphere LLC does not sell or share any personal or professional information with third-party vendors for promotional or marketing purposes. Data collected is used internally and transferred securely between authorized teams through SFTP and encrypted systems. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy available on our website.

6- Opt-Out Instructions

SMS Opt-Out: You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Email Opt-Out: Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any marketing email or contact us at info@innosphere.tech.

7- Message Frequency and Data Rates

By using our services, you agree to receive support messages related to your account, projects, and customer support.

Message frequency: The message frequency depends on the services chosen by the client. The number of messages daily would be 5–10 per client, and every week, 25–50 per client.

Rates: Standard SMS rates may apply depending on the service carrier.

8- Type of Messages

– System or project updates: Notifications related to ongoing work or deliverables.

– Credentialing or compliance updates: Information regarding project-related milestones or revalidation updates.

– Multi-factor Authentication: Secure login codes sent for authorized platform access.
