Innosphere LLC may process or store Protected Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA Compliance Guidelines. All confidential data is securely maintained and not shared with any third-party vendor or company without authorization. Clients may request deletion of their PHI from Innosphere LLC at any time, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.
5- Personal Information and Privacy
Innosphere LLC does not sell or share any personal or professional information with third-party vendors for promotional or marketing purposes. Message frequency: The message frequency depends on the services chosen by the client. The number of messages daily would be 5–10 per client, and every week, 25–50 per client.
Rates: Standard SMS rates may apply depending on the service carrier.

– System or project updates: Notifications related to ongoing work or deliverables.
– Credentialing or compliance updates: Information regarding project-related milestones or revalidation updates.
– Multi-factor Authentication: Secure login codes sent for authorized platform access.
